Confidentiality agreement records
For gated offering materials, the investor flow records submitted details and confidentiality agreement execution events. Agreement execution and deal-room access are tracked separately from listing traffic.
Broker workspace access
The private brokerage workspace requires authentication and an administrative role. Investor leads, offers and executed-agreement records have restricted application permissions.
Owner-report sharing
Brokers can create, configure, revoke or regenerate shareable links to ownership reports. These links grant access through possession of a unique token; they are not the same as an authenticated owner account.
